Public Comment Guidelines

  • Speaking time: 3 minutes per person (maximum 15 minutes total)
  • Sign-up process: Submit your name and topic by 5 PM the day before a regular board meeting
  • Board response: The board may or may not address comments during the open session

  • Our School Improvement Team reviews and revises plans regularly, making recommendations to the board

  • We utilize meeting management software to streamline processes and boost interaction among board members
